TALTECH LAW SCHOOL IS INVITING SUBMISSIONS FOR ITS STUDENT CONFERENCE
LAITech2022 is going to be be dedicated to bringing together interdisciplinary and high-quality academic content in a two-track conference format. It will serve the students' community in general and the participants interested in knowledge exchange and diffusion activities. The conference is accepting participation in the form of long abstracts, research project presentations, and posters.
Authors are kindly requested to submit 250-300 word proposals to: LawSchoolSC2022@taltech.ee
before the 27th of November, on one of the following themes and topics:
- Access to justice and automation
- AI and law-making
- AI and the legal practice
- Automation within the public sector
- Legal, ethical, and policy issues surrounding the automation of specific public services
- AI and sustainability
- Automation and law enforcement
- AI and information wars (information manipulation and misuse)
- Dataism and human rights
- Cyber security and transhumanism
- E-justice
- Legal design and intelligent support systems for the legal domain
- Specific legal technologies and applications
- Contractware: modeling negotiation and contract formation
- Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) technologies
- The regulation of future technologies and virtual realities
- Blockchain technology and contractual management
- The ethical and social implications of algorithmic centered legal developments
- The ethical and social implications of using AI in the health care sector
- Transaction design, visuals, and AI-Human interaction
- Transhumanism, ethics and the law
The selected participants will have an exceptional opportunity to join this young leaders forum and inspire educational, legal, and policy developments and reform. The conference will not only promote the dialog between international students, researchers, and practitioners but will also support the authors of the best contributions in publishing their work.
